How To Return Your Order

We don’t think you will need it but if you change your mind, don’t worry we offer a hassle free 30 days return policy.

Simply send your order back to us and we will refund you in full less any delivery charges.

Please note:

If you are not happy with the goods you have received then you can return them back to us within 30 days of receipt, your order will need to be in the original resalable condition and packaging that it arrived in.

We can only accept returns on your full order. I’m afraid we cannot accept returns on leftovers or part orders.

All tiles must be undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging. We are unable to accept returns on unboxed or damaged tiles.

Transport and costs back to our warehouse must be arranged and covered by you the customer, we recommend you also insure your order.

We recommend securely wrapping the tiles to a pallet and using a reputable pallet company such as www.nationalpallets.co.uk

Once your order has arrived to our warehouse and been checked we will arrange a refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to reach your account, once the refund has been arranged you will receive an email notification to confirm this.
